Do I have to pay the entire amount on the day of booking?

No. You have to pay a 50% advance only to book your room. The remaining 50% has to be paid on check-in.

What payment methods do you offer?

We take UPI, bank transfer, and cash payment.

Will I get a booking confirmation?

Yes, we’ll email and WhatsApp you a confirmation along with all the booking information after payment.

Can I alter my booking after confirmation?

Yes, date and guest changes are permitted 48 hours prior to check-in, based on availability.

Is advance payment refundable?

Yes, based on our cancellation policy. Refer to Section E for rules of refund.

Do you accept partial payments?

Yes, we accept 50% advance and the remaining amount before check-in.

Can I pay at the property?

No, full payment should be done prior to check-in to confirm your booking.

Is there any booking fee?

No, we do not charge any additional booking fees. The price you see is the final amount payable.

Are there a swimming pool in your properties?

Yes, the majority of our luxury resorts and villas come equipped with private or shared swimming pools.

How is Rahyatri Holidays' cancellation policy?
  • 7+ days from check-in date: 80% refund (after admin charges)
  • 4–7 days from check-in date: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund

How quickly are refunds processed?

Refunds take 7–14 business days through your paying method.

Are promotional or discounted bookings refundable?

If my booking is canceled due to bad weather or government regulations, what will happen to it?

We provide complimentary reschedule or credit vouchers. Refunds are discretionary.

Yes, subject to availability and might incur additional costs.
