At Rahyatri Holidays, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free booking experience, while also ensuring fairness and transparency in payments and cancellations.

🔹 Payment Policy

To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount is mandatory.
Subsequently, the remaining 50% must be paid before check-in or prior to the service start date.

Additionally, payment can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash, giving you multiple convenient options.

🔹 Cancellation Policy

A. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

More than 7 days✅ 80% of the advance amount refunded (after admin charges deduction)
4 to 7 days✅ 50% of the advance amount refunded
Less than 3 days / No Show❌ No refund. 100% of the advance is non-refundable

Furthermore, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we have provisions under Force Majeure / Unforeseen Situations:

B. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Situations

In the event of natural calamities (such as floods, cyclones, or landslides) or government restrictions, bookings may be rescheduled without any extra charges.
Moreover, any refunds in such situations will be provided at the discretion of Rahyatri Holidays.
